works.
So how are dentures actually made?
Unlike mass-produced or digitally-milled dentures, a handmade denture goes through
several careful stages:
Impressions – A precise mould is taken of your mouth to capture the exact shape of your gums.
Bite registration – We record how your jaws meet, so your new teeth sit and function
naturally.
Wax try-in – A wax version is shaped by hand so you can see and approve the fit, look, and smile before anything is finalised.
Processing – The design is carefully processed into a durable, natural-looking denture.
Finishing and polishing – Every edge is refined by hand for comfort and a natural
appearance.
Every stage relies on experience and touch — not a machine following a template. After 40 years of doing this the traditional way, it’s a process we know inside out.

Digital and machine-milled dentures have their place, but many patients tell us they prefer the fit and feel of a denture that’s been shaped and adjusted by hand, with real attention totheir individual mouth — not just data points.
